A prestigious law firm in London is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently in an assistant role who’s ready to step up and take on a broader scope of responsibility.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in attracting and recruiting future legal talent, including trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices. Working closely with the Early Careers Manager and senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape recruitment strategy, manage key processes, and support the development of a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on recruitment data and reporting to support inclusive hiring and ROI tracking
  • Build and manage relationships with external attraction and diversity partners
  • Oversee assessment processes and ensure a fair, consistent candidate journey
  • Support and guide junior team members across recruitment and events
  • Collaborate with marketing to align attraction materials and social media presence
  • Represent the team at internal and external events
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to strategic planning
