Job summary

Undisclosed in Farnborough is seeking an Early Careers Programme manager to drive the roadmap through FY28 and to build workforce demand and talent pipelines.

You will oversee Apprenticeship Levy management, governance, reporting frameworks and the delivery of T-Level to apprenticeship pathways, while engaging senior stakeholders and partner training providers to ensure delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering Early Careers, Apprenticeship or Talent programmes.
  • Experience managing complex projects or programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy funding and Early Careers pathways.
  • Experience developing governance, processes and programme reporting.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with training providers, schools, colleges or universities.
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
