Role description

As a member of the Early Careers team, the Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant supports various recruitment activities, including attracting and selecting Graduates, Interns, and Placement Students across sectors. Reporting to the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will help identify future talent and meet business demands while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work across different business areas, delivering top talent in disciplines such as Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, and Environmental Specialisms.

This is a fast-paced role involving multiple stakeholders, with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding within the Early Careers market.

Responsibilities

• Supporting attraction of Early Careers roles through university postings, LinkedIn, event participation, and building academic networks for niche roles.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing updates on pipelines and market data.
• Sourcing and managing candidate pipelines, screening applications, updating ATS, and conducting screening and feedback calls.
• Organising assessment centres, coordinating assessors, and collating feedback.
• Managing offers and onboarding to reduce reneges.
• Supporting additional Early Careers initiatives as needed.

• Experience in Early Careers recruitment, preferably high-volume and fast-paced environments.
• Focus on delivering a candidate-centric experience.
