Job Description
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Learning & Development team in London as Early Careers Development Manager. Reporting into the Senior Early Careers Development Manager, you will support with the annual planning, review and delivery of the S&W Early Careers Programmes. You will help to ensure that the professional education and qualification pathways across S&W are fit for purpose, remain current and that they deliver on the firms overall learning and development objectives.
As an Early Careers Development Manager you will work closely with key stakeholders within the S&W business, Early Careers Talent Acquisition Team and HR to ensure a smooth running of the programme and be the first point of contact for Training Managers, Associates and external training providers and suppliers.
