The role
In your new role as an Early Careers & Development Coordinator you will supporting the Advisor and Manager with the recruitment and development of the Firms trainee associates and solicitor apprentices. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Coordinate the recruitment selection process, including advertising, screening applications, candidate management and coordinating interviews.Playing a key role in the planning and execution of two Vacation Schemes per year.Assisting in the end-to-end planning and execution of events.Taking full responsibility for the onboarding processes for all successful candidates.Coordinating and supporting seat rotation, performance management and qualification processes of trainees.Coordinate the Early Careers inbox and handle general queries to the team.What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role at a law firm.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident building rapport with individuals at all levels.Self-motivated, with the ability to juggle several deadlines.
