Early Careers Apprenticeship Coordinator

Location: Birmingham, London, or Rochdale (Hybrid 3 days per week in the office)

Here at Marston Holdings, our Early Careers Department is seeking a new coordinator. Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, you will support our apprentices, graduates, internships, and work placements on their learning journey.

We are seeking an individual with a keen interest in developing their skills and knowledge within the Apprenticeship Early Careers sector.

If you have a proactive approach and can effectively promote Early Careers to both internal and external stakeholders, we want you to be a vital part of our Talent and Reward Team. Join us in shaping the future of our organization!

What you'll be doing:

  1. Managing and processing Expressions of Interest for apprenticeship early careers opportunities
  2. Coordinating information, advice, and guidance sessions with stakeholders
  3. Accurately recording and monitoring learner data, including achievements and early leavers
  4. Tracking learner progress, highlighting concerns, and celebrating successes
  5. Compiling and presenting monthly progress reports
  6. Organizing apprenticeships early careers community events (virtual and in-person)
  7. Working with training providers to support recruitment for apprenticeships
  8. Engaging with colleagues to support development, internal upskilling, and career growth
  9. Promoting early careers initiatives both internally and externally
  10. Sharing success stories and contributing to recognition efforts
  11. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders
  12. Supporting and attending national Apprenticeship and Early Careers events

What we are looking for:

  • A full UK driving license, with occasional travel to our Birmingham, Rochdale, and London offices, as well as to external events and engagements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Nuance PDF
