About your team

The Early Careers Recruitment team is part of the Chief People Office. We focus on attracting diverse, talented candidates who could become future leaders. We work closely with business leaders, talent acquisition, and HR to ensure a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates who support our strategic goals.

About your role

This role is key in shaping our Early Careers recruitment strategy for EMEA, aligning with our global approach. You will:

  • Develop compelling employer branding narratives and innovative strategies to attract diverse talent for various early careers programs.
  • Plan and execute campus and in-house events, build partnerships with schools, student societies, and vendors, and leverage social media to enhance FIL brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and global Early Careers teams to amplify our message, maintain partnerships, and promote DEI initiatives.
About you

We seek a motivated, organized, results-driven individual with experience in attracting high-caliber early careers candidates. You should:

  • Have experience in planning recruitment projects and promotional events, including diversity and pipeline initiatives.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to support senior colleagues in event delivery.
  • Be able to interpret data, present findings, and conduct campus reviews to a high standard.
  • Experience working with Early Careers vendors and social media marketing is desirable.
  • While primarily focused on the UK, Ireland, and Europe, you may collaborate globally and travel for events as needed.
