The Skills Coach Team:
Your passion and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you guide and support the development of apprentices. You will have a logical approach to business operations and a flexible approach to work, with a desire and willingness to achieve. You will also be able to work effectively, both as part of a team and independently.
As a skills coach you will be working within early careers, to help apprentices and learners to reach their full potential, Coaching, developing and inspiring learners to achieve their full potential and become independent, valued and successful employees.
