Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a global real estate to hire an Early Careers Advisor initially on a contract to support during a busy period with the opportunity longer term. This is a prime opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to drive early careers hiring across Europe.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment (70%) for graduate, intern, and early talent roles, while supporting events and programmes (30%) that elevate the candidate and employee experience.

Recruitment
  • Deliver the full recruitment cycle for graduate, intern, and junior-level roles across multiple European markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and manage robust, inclusive selection processes.
  • Source, assess and manage candidates, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback and onboarding activity.
Events & Programmes
  • Support the delivery of early careers events such as career fairs, campus outreach and onboarding sessions.
  • Manage event logistics across EMEA including travel, materials and scheduling.
  • Contribute to internal communications and branding initiatives.
  • Support broader programme activity such as training sessions, mentorship and feedback collection.
Experience Required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition.
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English, with an additional European language desirable.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and event management tools a plus.
