Vision for Education is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) in and around the St Neots area to join our supply staff bank for the Summer term 2025 and beyond.
At Vision, we have extensive experience helping ECTs gain classroom experience through supply teaching and transition into permanent roles. If you are an ECT seeking more classroom experience before taking on a permanent Class Teacher role, supply teaching is an excellent option. You will deliver pre-planned lessons to your preferred year groups and build relationships with a network of schools. Long-term and permanent roles often arise from supply placements, increasing your chances of securing a role in a familiar school.

£140 to £165 per day, with rates varying based on the placement's duration and planning requirements. Salary depends on experience, training, or qualifications.
