All Early Career Teachers registered with Teaching Personnel will have access to the Early Career Framework (ECF), which outlines key areas for development during the first two years of teaching, including Behaviour Management, Pedagogy, Curriculum, Assessment, and Professional Behaviours. The ECF offers a funded, structured two-year professional development package, supporting new teachers' training and retention strategies aligned with government reforms.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence in some cases.
