Teaching Personnel – Early Career Teachers Recruitment

Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting Early Career Teachers who graduated with QTS in July 2025 to undertake full-time and part-time teaching roles within Primary Schools across Lancashire, teaching from EYFS to Year 6.

We are seeking Teachers currently studying for:

  • BA Hons in Primary Education with QTS
  • Post Graduate Degree in Primary Education with QTS (PGCE)
  • School Centred Initial Teacher Training with QTS (SCITT)

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence in some cases.
