Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to inspire and educate young learners in a creative and learning-focused environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ECT to develop their teaching skills within a supportive and dynamic school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and the school's ethos.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and abilities of young learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continued success.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently enrolled in a recognized teacher training program.
  • Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
  • Sound understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
