Your new company: Are you an ECT primary teacher who wants to network your skills in Greater Manchester? At Hays, we have a variety of popular and well-respected schools already seeking enthusiastic ECTs for full-time posts. We aim to find the right school and role for you. We cover a wide range of roles, including temporary positions such as MAT covers, as well as permanent vacancies. We can also support supply work if you're interested.

Your new role: As an ECT/NQT, you will work with various primary schools across Manchester. Positions may require following lesson plans and delivering lessons. What you'll need to succeed: Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) gained in the UK. Be enthusiastic, approachable, and ready to start immediately. Good knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and experience in different specialist settings are desirable.

What you'll get in return: A competitive daily rate, valuable experience, and potential scale pay on long-term assignments. Support from a dedicated personal consultant with strong local school relationships, free career development courses, CV and interview advice, and assistance in securing your first permanent teaching role in September.
