Are you currently completing your PGCE while searching for your first ECT placement for September? Step Teachers are working with a Primary School in Wood Green that was rated "Good" under Ofsted's previous inspection criteria to find an Early Career Teacher to join their team in September 2025, supporting a class of well-behaved and enthusiastic Lower Key Stage 2 pupils. This Early Career Teacher should be passionate and ready to engage with their students, contributing to the school's polite, friendly, and safe educational atmosphere.

Early Career Teacher - Role:

1. Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
2. Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
3. Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
4. Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
5. Compliance with the school's policies and the reliable implementation of these.

Early Career Teacher - Requirements:

1. Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
