Tradewind are working with a two-form entry primary school in Greenford rated 'Good' by Ofsted, to recruit an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time role starting January 2026 and continuing until July 2026.

This is a welcoming, community-focused school with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil wellbeing. The leadership team are experienced in supporting ECTs and offer regular mentoring, additional release time, and practical guidance to help you settle into your first teaching role. The Role
