Role Overview:

As a Primary Early Career Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to a class of enthusiastic primary students. You will be supported by a mentoring system to help you grow professionally and achieve your full potential as an educator.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the curriculum.

Support students in their social and emotional development, helping them achieve their personal best.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate in Primary Education or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of achieving it.

Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

Passion for teaching and dedication to helping children reach their full potential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.

A commitment to continuous professional development.
