They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environment that supply offers. Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum
• Assess, monitor and provide feedback on student progress
• Create such a classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to share and learn best practices and teaching strategies
• Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.

A successful candidate will need:

• Qualified Primary Teacher (UK QTS)
• A commitment to ensuring children make a great start to their education
• Ability to provide high quality teaching and learning in a nurturing setting
