Before the Summer you can experience a range of schools and go in and support children as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA until you gain your qualification ready for an ECT role in September 2025.

We can offer you a variety of work as an Early Career Teacher (ECT), in various schools, teaching across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), giving you valuable and a wide range of experiences.

We are working with schools in and around Northfield that can offer opportunities immediately.

To apply for this Early Career Teacher (ECT) role, you will need:

• Experience teaching in Primary Schools
• Hold or working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• Commitment to the role
• A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement
