Location: Redbridge
Position: Full-time, 5 days per week
Salary: M1 Inner London, £38,766

Teach Plus is working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Redbridge dedicated to providing high-quality education in a nurturing environment. The school is seeking a dynamic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join from September, helping to lay the foundation for young learners' academic and social development.

Responsibilities of an Early Career Teacher (ECT):
  1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  2. Support the academic, social, and emotional development of children
  3. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery
  5. Assess and monitor children's progress and report findings
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Understanding of the UK curriculum
  2. Experience through placements or teaching in primary settings
  3. Passion for supporting children's learning and development
  4. Strong communication and classroom management skills
  5. UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
  6. Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
  7. Right to work in the UK
