Early Career Teacher (ECT) Reception Class Teacher
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Harrow, London
Pay: £150 £175 per day

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking to start your teaching journey in a supportive, well-structured environment?

A welcoming and inclusive 4-form entry primary school in Harrow is seeking a Reception Class ECT to join their EYFS team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT eager to develop their practice within a collaborative school with a strong focus on staff development and pupil progress.

The Role:

  • Full-time Reception Class Teacher position starting in September 2025.

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Supporting early literacy and numeracy development, as well as social and emotional growth.

  • Working closely with experienced EYFS colleagues and a dedicated phase leader.

  • Contributing to observations, assessments, and learning journeys for individual pupils.

  • Taking part in CPD, INSETs, and a structured ECT induction programme.
