Vision for Education Ltd is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to start their teaching journey in the Peterborough area. You will gain classroom experience by delivering engaging lessons across primary year groups within supportive school environments.

This role offers flexibility via daily supply, short-term placements or longer fixed-term contracts, helping you build confidence, develop classroom practice, and secure a suitable induction placement.

About the Role

As anEarly Career Teacher working through Vision for Education, you will have the opportunity to teach within supportive primary school environments, delivering engaging lessons in your desired year group while developing your classroom practice.

You may work onday-to-day supply, short-term assignments or longer placements, allowing you to gain valuable experience across different school settings while building your teaching portfolio.

Requirements
