About the role

Vision for Education is seeking passionate and enthusiastic primary ECTs with a natural flair for teaching to join our flexible workforce for the next academic year.

Working on supply through Vision for Education is a fantastic way to gain experience across different year groups and demographics, network, and get to know schools in your area — all while getting paid!

Whether you're looking for flexible supply work to fit around other commitments, long-term assignments, or permanent roles, full-time or part-time, we can help you find it!

Ideally, you will be available 3-5 days per week and able to accept 'on the day' bookings as well as advance bookings. You should be comfortable teaching in different schools within an agreed travel radius from your home.

About the school

Working on supply with Vision for Education might see you visiting a range of different schools in various demographics, teaching different classes and year groups. Most of your work will be planned; however, you should have your own resources available to hand, suitable for all year groups.

Requirements

• Have a positive and flexible attitude
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching
• Have access to your own transport and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes
• Qualified Teacher Status in England
• Have or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS and upload it onto the update service
