Early Career Teachers - Derby

Are you an ECT looking to start your career in a Primary School?

I am currently recruiting ECTs to teach classes within Early Years, KS1 or KS2. These will be long-term positions, and you'll be working 5 days a week, taking responsibility for the whole class.

Aspire People have worked with schools in Derby for some time, and feedback from staff has always been positive.

As an agency-employed ECT, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent staff member. The following are expected:

1. Strong knowledge of the curriculum.
2. Experience within a Primary School.
3. Regular assessments of pupils.
