Early Career Teachers - Derby

Are you an ECT looking to start your career in a Primary School?

We are currently recruiting ECTs to teach classes within Early Years, KS1, or KS2. These positions are long-term, and you'll be working 5 days a week, taking responsibility for the whole class.

Aspire People have worked with schools in Derby for a while, and feedback is always positive from staff.

As an agency-employed ECT, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent staff member. The following are expected:

1. Strong knowledge of the curriculum.
2. Experience within a Primary School.
3. Regular assessments of pupils.
4. Ability to produce and teach engaging lessons.
5. Caring and respectful attitude.
