Monarch Education is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Birmingham, which is looking to appoint a dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) from September 2025.

This full-time role is ideal for a newly qualified teacher ready to begin their career in a nurturing and well-structured school environment. The school is committed to supporting your development and will provide a full ECT induction programme, including mentoring, release time, and regular professional development.

About The Role

• Full class teacher responsibilities in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (year group to be matched to your strengths and preferences).
• Delivering well-planned, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Monitoring and supporting pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback.
• Collaborating with a phase leader and a dedicated ECT mentor to guide your professional growth.
• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment for all pupils.
