Responsibilities

• Develop commercial and client-facing skills through rotations across key sales and customer-focused functions (Sales Development, Client Support, Marketing, Sales Operations).
• Support contracting activities for renewals and new business by assessing needs and preparing documentation.
• Coordinate responses to requests for proposals by gathering information from multiple teams and supporting timely submissions.
• Manage client service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous, professional, timely manner.
