Team/Role Overview

It is an exciting time to join our Early Career Team, which is part of Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition. We are creating the best market experiences by leveraging Talent Acquisition, Assessment, and Human Capital Analytics approaches and technologies. Our global team is focused on data-driven decisions and operational excellence, aiming to help Citi and its future employees reach their highest potential by aligning interests and strengths with career opportunities.

The Early Careers Program Manager will support Banking Analysts and Associates in their early careers, collaborating with a global team to develop and implement plans and initiatives for their overall career experience.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with headcount and resource management in partnership with Program Manager / Lead
  • Track and analyze metrics such as engagement, attrition, mobility, promotions, and initiatives
  • Lead the compensation process by building models to allocate bonuses based on ratings, consolidations, analysis, and comparison against distribution curves
  • Create headcount reports and sector analyses to inform data-driven headcount planning decisions
  • Develop and implement development and engagement strategies
  • Support logistics for engagement initiatives and analyze participation data and feedback to guide future programming
  • Create Staffer analytics, manage priorities templates, and oversee SharePoint
  • Partner with Program Leads to enhance programs based on data insights
  • Manage relationships with Analysts, Associates, and business partners
  • Monitor the development of junior bankers
  • Liaise with HR partners regarding employee relations issues as needed
  • Create newsletter content for the program population
  • Collaborate with the Early Career Learning team to execute new hire training programs
  • Track mobility interests and coordinate with Program Leads on mobility management across Banking
  • Coordinate with local/regional Early Career HR colleagues and global partners

What we’ll need from you

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm for a service-oriented environment and interest in Early Career programs
  • University degree or equivalent experience
