Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Hamilton Physiotherapy is seeking a Full-Time Physiotherapist (Band 5) based in Scotland. You must be HCPC registered and CSP member, with 1–2 years post-qualifying experience preferred. The role offers mentorship, structured clinical development, and a focus on early-career growth.
The clinic operates 37 hours per week with 60-minute assessment and treatment slots, and emphasises AI-assisted documentation and modern rehab tools at the Hamilton clinic.
PLEASE NOTE: To keep our recruitment process efficient, we are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in Scotland who have the existing Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship). You must be available to attend a face-to-face interview at our Hamilton clinic at short notice.
If you've built a solid foundation as a Band 5 and you're starting to think about what "next" should look like, this is worth reading properly.
Public-sector caseloads tend to mean less time per patient as pressure builds, not through anyone's fault, just the reality of the system. We've built our clinic to offer the opposite for early-career physios: the time, mentorship, and tools to consolidate good clinical habits early, rather than working them out under pressure a few years down the line.
Early career is when your habits get set. We've built our clinic to make sure the habits you set are the right ones.
Private practice means being comfortable discussing treatment plans and cost with patients, openly and confidently. If that's new to you, that's expected, not a barrier. Part of your mentoring and CPD time is specifically about building this skill, so every conversation is transparent, professional, and confident, without winging it.
We operate a rolling shortlist. If you're successful, you'll hear from us within 3 days of applying to be invited for interview. If you haven't heard from us after 3 days, unfortunately you haven't been shortlisted this time. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we're unable to contact unsuccessful candidates individually.
