Job summary

You will read literature, attend conferences as needed, and document results with reports and notebooks. Relocation and international travel may be required as part of professional development within a global leader in advanced composites.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
• 2:1 bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to analyse data, write concise technical reports, and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of thermoset chemistry (epoxy, cyanate, bismaleimides, benzoxazine) is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRL technology projects under supervision by senior scientists.
• Carry out laboratory work and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
• Ensure safety and compliance with environmental and transport regulations.
• Review academic literature and patents to stay current in composites.
