Job summary

OCU Group, through its OCU Connect division in Neath, invites new graduates to join a two-year Graduate Programme in Civil Engineering. You will support design, development and delivery of infrastructure and utility projects across Wales and the wider UK.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, perform calculations, site surveys, reports and design reviews, and gain exposure to feasibility through handover, while developing practical and sustainable engineering solutions and progressing

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (2:2 minimum) or related field.
• Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
• Experience from academic projects, placements, internships or extracurricular activities involving civil engineering would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering calculations, site surveys, technical reports and design reviews.
• Support project planning and delivery across infrastructure and utility projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to feasibility, concept development and handover activities throughout project life cycle.
