Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Early Career Apprenticeship Programme Manager to own UK apprenticeship programmes, shaping how talent is attracted, selected, and developed across the business. You will work within the Early Career Apprentishments & Engagement Team, spanning the UK, North America and India, delivering measurable impact for apprentices and Citi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience managing programmes or projects within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record in early career or engagement programmes.
• Background in HR or recruitment with multi-stakeholder navigation.
• Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate ROI and improve outcomes.
• Clear communicator able to influence internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full lifecycle of UK Early Career apprenticeship programmes from design to delivery.
• Coordinate with Global Head to align delivery with broader strategy.
• Oversee performance reviews with training providers and support participants.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to identify skills gaps and optimize delivery.
• Develop and deliver marketing materials and campaigns to drive engagement.
• Analyze learner data to generate insights for decisions and outcomes.
• Manage Citi's apprenticeship vendors and relationships with schools.
• Ensure programme participants and managers are briefed through onboarding to completion.
