• Are you a BACP/UKCP/NCS registered Counsellor?
• Can you offer Face to Face sessions?
• Are you looking to balance your current private practice/work commitments in an Affiliate role with a leading UK EAP Provider?
• Do you want to be part of a Network of Freelance Clinicians working together and supporting each other to create the highest quality, largest and most innovative mental health service in the UK?
• At HealthHero, we are increasing our Network of Associate Affiliate Counsellors due to a period of growth, and can offer flexibility to see Clients at times that work for you. We would especially like to hear from any Counsellors who might have experience on delivering Mental Health training and Critical Incident Responders.

We are an EAP and offer a range of psychological solutions to our Customers who include Banks, Retail, Global Airlines, Insurance and Health Services. We work with a Network of experienced Clinicians across the UK, our service is bespoke to the individual Client. We focus on Brief Therapy and offer our Client’s Employees a telephone helpline which is operated by experienced Clinicians who will provide a complete Case Summary and Risk Assessment.

Requirements

• Face to face Counselling
• BACP/UKCP/NCS (or equivalent) registered Counsellor
• Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours
• Experienced in a similar role providing contracted counselling and managing own caseload
• IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems
• Varied and diverse clinical experience to draw upon
• For those who want to be a Critical Incident Responder, they need to be CISM trained
• On boarding Training prior to first case placement
• Referrals will be provided with brief case assessment details
• Access to on-going support for every aspect of the work from various Teams

Fees will be agreed at recruitment stage.
