Zero100 is a membership-based intelligence platform that connects, informs, and inspires the world’s most influential C-Level Operations & Supply Chain Officers – and their teams – to unlock the true potential of the AI and Digital Revolution for the lasting benefit of business and our planet. Our members use Zero100’s research and advisory services to shape their supply chain strategies, and they harness the power of our community to expand their thinking, challenge their assumptions, and accelerate progress on their most important digitisation and decarbonisation initiatives.

With a rapidly expanding headquarters in central London, we’re proud to be backed by leading investors and supported by an impressive list of founding members that includes Unilever, Google, The Estee Lauder Companies, and Volvo.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of the development of Zero100’s consortium data model. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our research, customer engagement, and data teams, to generate unique datasets and insights sourced from Zero100’s world-class member community.

Note: This is a primarily office-based role (4 days per week in office and 1 day work from home per week). Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, though Tier 2 visa sponsorship is available for applicants who meet the eligibility requirements.

In this role, you will use product management skills and methodologies to create a data strategy and partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to generate new data sets that yield cutting edge insights about supply chain digitization and decarbonization. Our research and customer engagement teams will act as primary stakeholders to help align the product roadmap to Zero100’s research agenda and deploy to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a product roadmap with clear checkpoints and KPIs.
  • Establish a vision for tangible results in the form of new datasets and resulting data-driven insights.
  • Translate data into compelling benchmark stories and narratives.
  • Work with the research team to align the roadmap to planned research deliverables, identify priority focus areas, generate specific hypotheses, and develop survey questions to test and ultimately deploy to our member base.
  • Collaborate with our membership team to develop a deployment strategy, optimizing for member value and ease of procurement.
  • Partner with the data team to integrate findings into Zero100’s data platform for easy cross-tabbing with existing data assets.
  • Create a straight-forward process for generating and communicating data-driven insights derived from consortium data for inclusion in member deliverables and live events.
Who you are

You are an experienced data product manager who is comfortable wrangling data and interacting with customers. With 4-6 years of professional experience in this field, you have owned data-first products that service internal customers. You are adept at identifying the right questions to ask, both of internal stakeholders to align on product vision, and of customers to confirm or deny a hypothesis. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited by the challenge of uncovering new insights to drive industry-leading research.

Requirements
  • Strong product management skills, ideally with a focus on data collection, survey methodologies, or market research.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing survey-based data collection projects, with knowledge of survey methodologies and sampling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align product vision across multiple business units.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis (Excel) and data visualization (PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort interacting with Chief Operations Officers and Chief Supply Chain Officers at some of the world’s largest organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of advanced survey methodologies and experience working with complex survey tools.
  • Academic background or strong interest in supply chain or similar field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (BigQuery, SQL, Python) and data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with automated reporting tools for creating scalable, data-driven insights or a strong interest in learning scalable data solutions.
  • Experience working in start-up and/or scale-up environments.
What we offer:
  • Enhanced pension/401k
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Life insurance
