Job description

The Dept of Clinical Radiology is looking for an experienced radiologist with expertise in Chest imaging.

They must possess a broad range of experience in general Radiology with a particular interest in the sub-speciality mentioned above.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic radiologists eager to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Main duties of the job

Integral to the responsibilities of the post are the following requirements:

  1. To ensure the provision of a first class clinical service
  2. To provide effective leadership to all staff engaged in the specialty
  3. To sustain and develop teaching and research wherever appropriate
  4. To undertake all work in accordance with the Health Board's procedures and operating policies
  5. To conduct clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of the Division's and Health Board's service plans
  6. To maintain the confidence of business plans and development strategies formulated for the specialty, the Medical Division or the Health Board
