Job description

Territory Manager - Interventional Urology

Product: Interventional urology - minimally invasive permanent implant system that treats symptoms for BPH (Benign prostatic hyperplasia)

Who you’ll be working for:

  • You will be joining a global provider of specialty medical devices used for a range of procedures in critical care and surgery. This role is on their interventional urology team.
  • The product is a different way of doing the same procedure so it's a disruptive, conceptual sell. The benefits are quicker patient recovery time while preserving normal sexual function, minimally invasive, minimal downtime, durable results, rapid symptom relief and recovery, and significant improvement in quality of life. The product is designed to cost effectively provide clinical benefits and enable healthcare providers to improve outcomes and enhance patient and provider safety.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Your role will involve growing the interventional urology business with a focus on the private hospitals and big centres in London.
  • You will be responsible for covering system cases as required by customers, providing on-site clinical consultation, and providing other sales activities and related support.
  • This position supports the customer during surgical procedures and is also responsible for any follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as requested or required.

Here’s what you need:

  • You will be a talented medtech sales rep with proven success of selling into hospitals. You must genuinely care about what you do and aren't afraid to take on responsibility.
  • You will be passionate, driven, honest, and entrepreneurial.
  • Operating room or therapeutic delivery experience preferred.
  • Pro-active; high-performance and results orientated.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Conceptual or disruptive selling experience would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the field of Urology, products and relationships with local Urologists.
