Qualifications

  • Experience in a Warranty Administrator role is preferred but not essential.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft applications is required.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Service Quality Specialist for our Porsche Dealership in Hull.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday as well as 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm. OTE of up to £34,000 plus benefits.

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work.

Responsibilities
  1. Identifying potential warranty work.
  2. Liaising with the manufacturer to authorise works.
  3. Processing warranty claims within manufacturer guidelines and time frames.
  4. Scheduling warranty work with the workshop.
  5. Ensuring that under and over payments are appealed.
  6. Monitoring profitability and revenue of the department.
What we're looking for:
  1. Although previous exposure to a Warranty Administrator role is ideal, it is not essential as training will be given.
  2. A well-presented individual with the desire, character and attitude to succeed.
  3. The successful candidate will have solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
