Job description

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role in Milton Keynes. You will support our customers through accurate order management and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle all incoming customer service queries and business enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  2. Process customer orders accurately using SAP and other business systems.
  3. Oversee the order process from receipt through to delivery and invoicing.
  4. Manage customer returns, credits, and disputes promptly and solution-focused.
  5. Provide informed support about our products and services.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party logistics partners.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Compliance, and Planning, to resolve issues swiftly.
  8. Monitor and manage customer back orders in SAP.
  9. Produce and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  10. Raise and follow up on incident reports for non-conformances or delivery issues.
  11. Support internal and external meetings and contribute to administrative projects.
  12. Continuously seek improvements to internal systems and processes.
  13. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or order processing roles.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle routine duties consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and flexible mindset.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
