Job Description:

A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking to hire an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent employment. The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady stream of work, including around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects such as employee due diligence for large organizations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Skills in drafting employment contracts, negotiating terms for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement are preferred.
