Job Description

Join the change strategy team and make an impact on process improvement and automation across Global Fund Services.

As a Fund Services Senior Associate in the Global Fund Services Change Strategy Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile project management and data automation change assignments on behalf of the business. You will manage your own project portfolio as part of a driven team.

The Global Fund Services Change Strategy team focuses on process improvement across Global Fund Services and products such as Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Financial Reporting, Asset Pricing, and Transfer Agency, utilizing project management and digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead reviews of functional processes within the Global Fund Services Operations (GFSO) to reduce operational risk and strengthen end-to-end processes.
2. Develop digitalization skills and a data-centric approach to identify and implement process improvements.
3. Create compelling visual and verbal narratives to communicate initiatives at all organizational levels, including securing senior leadership approval and training operational teams on new processes.
4. Recommend solutions for identified gaps, considering implications for team structure, location strategy, and functional alignment.
5. Build strong collaborations with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to lead and deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Engage stakeholders effectively using interpersonal and influencing skills to challenge existing processes.
7. Manage your project portfolio to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in financial services.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Intelligent Automation tools: Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPath.
• Ability to present effectively to an Executive Director level audience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience working in a project management team.
• Knowledge of Fund Accounting is advantageous.
• Proven track record with Alteryx, Tableau, or similar citizen developer tools.
• Experience in fund services is preferred.
