Job summary

We are seeking a Band 6 Clinical Lead for the Male Adult Mental Health Ward (Farnham Ward) at Lanchester Road Hospital. The ideal candidate will hold a current NMC registration, have completed a preceptorship, and be professionally accountable for delivering high-quality clinical care focused on positive behavioural support.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team committed to evidenced-based practice.
