Job summary

We are seeking a Band 6 Clinical Lead for the Male Adult Mental Health Ward (Farnham Ward) at Lanchester Road Hospital. The ideal candidate will hold a current NMC registration, have completed a preceptorship, and be professionally accountable for delivering high-quality clinical care focused on positive behavioural support.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team committed to evidenced-based practice. You will play a key leadership role, ensuring the ward's aims are met and patient safety is prioritized. The position involves direct care tasks and requires working rotational days, nights, and weekends.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide clinical leadership to a core team on the male adult mental health inpatient ward.
