Job Description

This role will support the brand team in creating compelling content across all marketing channels. From writing engaging copy for our websites to filming for our social channels and interviewing key stakeholders, no two days will be the same in this position.

What you’ll do:

  • Ideate and create a range of engaging written and video content for our website and blogs. The successful candidate will be supported by the team but should be proactive and aspire to lead projects independently.
  • Proactively liaise with key stakeholders across the business to discover exciting stories to share with our installers and consumers.
  • Contribute to a team responsible for a large marketing budget, helping to develop ideas for annual plans, tracking spend, and monitoring ROI and impact of activities.
  • Engage with our installers and end consumers on both sides of our business – ‘Core’ (gas and oil boilers) and ‘Electrified Solutions’ (heat pumps and hybrid systems).
  • Collaborate positively with colleagues in the in-house marketing team and external agencies.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and support our brand-positioning strategy.
Qualifications

What you’ll have:

  • Marketing qualifications or experience, with a degree in a relevant subject.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and flexibility to work on diverse projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across all levels, from graduates to senior leadership.
  • Passion for marketing, creativity, and a positive attitude.
  • Filming/editing experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle.
