My client has a prestigious city centre project requiring a pre-construction Project Manager to assist with delivery. They specialise in large scale luxury design and build residential projects. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and a strong building background, with experience working for a main building contractor on residential projects valued at 15-20 million plus.

The Project Manager will be more involved in pre-construction, assisting with project programming and planning from stage two design through to site stages.

As an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery experience, specifically within the pre-construction phase. You will have an excellent health and safety track record, as these complex schemes require a strong Project Manager. Excellent IT skills are essential for pulling together what aspects need to be in place prior to site commencement.
