Quality Engineer (Progression to Lead)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Automotive Industry Training + Career Progression + 30 days Holiday + Flexible Hours + Optional Overtime

Factory based, Commutable from Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bridgewater, Glastonbury, Portishead, Nailsea and Wells and Surrounding Areas.

This company has over 100 employees and is an automotive specialist. They are rapidly expanding due to company investment and are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their company and become a part of their close-knit team. This role will suit a Quality Engineer looking to develop their knowledge and management skillset, with the scope for future progression available.

The Role

1. Office and Factory Based, working as part of a team of 3 quality specialists
2. Overseeing ISO 9001 and IATF Standards
3. Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00 (41 hours) / Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17.00 (32 hours) rotating weeks (days based)
4. Further Career Progression and Technical Training
