We’re recruiting for a Global HR Payroll Innovation Manager to join us. You will ensure the efficient and compliant processing of payroll across various L&G regions. This role involves acting as the main link between L&G HR, Tax, Finance, and Payroll (both internal and external) processing teams with the aim to improve and redevelop the Payroll & Benefits process including technology development, future proof process improvements, creation of a longer-term global payroll strategy and roadmap & build of internal skills and capability.
The scope of this role includes managing domestic and shadow payrolls for the UK alongside internal global payroll teams.
