Business Studies Teacher Required at Exciting School in Essex (QTS/PGCE)
The client school is a secondary school with a positive Ofsted report based approximately 30 minutes outside of North London, showcasing their commitment to providing high-quality education for all students. The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Studies teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our Business Studies curriculum, helping to prepare students for success in their exams and beyond. You will inspire students to develop a keen understanding of business concepts, foster critical thinking, and support their academic journey through tailored teaching and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and innovative Business Studies lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement and achievement.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Contribute to the development and enrichment of the Business Studies curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and discipline, ensuring an effective learning atmosphere.
• Get involved in extracurricular activities related to Business Studies, such as business clubs, trips, and competitions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the department and the wider school to share best practices and contribute to school improvement.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual who:

• Holds a relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Has experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level (desirable).
• Possesses a deep knowledge of Business Studies and a passion for sharing that knowledge with students.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
• Is adaptable, organised, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for all students.
