The school provides education to young people with autism and learning difficulties. The students, aged 5-18, attending the school perform better with consistent guidance and support, which is where YOU will come in! The position of Autism Specialist Assistant is a full-time opportunity, supporting students on a 1-1 basis. The successful Autism Specialist Assistant will be responsible for helping students to achieve their potential. This will include keeping them focused on tasks, encouraging independence and confidence, practicing self-regulation, and identifying areas of improvement.
