Polish Speaking Audience Relations Executive

*MUST BE BASED IN ESSEX*

5 days in office - Chelmsford

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a driven, commercially minded professional - ideally with experience in some client management, delegate relations, or delegate sales but this is not essential. If you're keen to start a career in a client facing role - this might be the one for you! What will this role include?

  • Reaching out to senior level executives to invite them to the company's events free of charge
  • Overseeing the onboarding process of VIP delegates from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for any administrative support and any questions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP delegates via phone, email, and social media.
  • Liaise and support relevant internal and external stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities, including coordination of meeting schedules, ensuring internal database and CRM are kept up to date, and monitoring and reporting on meeting expenses.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Fluent in both English and Polish (native speaker/ full professional proficiency)
  • Experience working in client management, or sales (preferred, not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Personable character, process-driven mindset, and strong work ethic
  • Understanding of Microsoft365, CRM, and virtual event platforms would be a plus!
