Qualifications

  • GMC registration and right to work in the UK are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide acute medical services at the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh.
  • Work Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1630 in a locum capacity.

Job description

The Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh requires a General/Acute Medicine Consultant to work in the following Locum role:

Job Title: Consultant General/Acute Medicine

Dates: Commencing ASAP for 3 months initially with potential for extension on a 3-monthly basis. The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh is a major acute teaching hospital located on the Edinburgh BioQuarter. With a 24-hour accident and emergency department, it provides a full range of acute medical and surgical services for patients from across Lothian and specialist services for people from across the south east of Scotland and beyond. Applicants must be on the specialist register.

Rota: Monday - Friday 0830-1630

Location: Edinburgh
