This role is essential to the success of the business, where you will provide hands-on technical support and management of internal and customer-managed IT infrastructure and projects, ensuring 24/7 service for internal users at HQ, remote locations, and designated customers. Responsibilities include performing system administration tasks as assigned by the IT Operations Manager and acting as an expert on corporate servers and systems, supporting IT equipment across HQ, global sites, and customer gateways.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with VMware, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows OS administration, including Active Directory and PowerShell. They should be skilled in managing server and storage hardware (NAS, SAN), IT security, and high-availability environments with disaster recovery. A solid understanding of IP networking is essential, and they must be eligible for Direct Vetted Status (DV).

1. IT Infrastructure Support Engineer
2. Delivering a quality service to both internal users and nominated customers using a variety of hardware and software products
3. VMware, IT Security, Windows OS administration, Active Directory, Hardware, Storage Hardware, Group Policies
4. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will support corporate servers, systems, and IT services across HQ, remote sites, and customer gateways.

The person:

1. Strong experience working in a demanding environment within a busy 100+ user network including remote sites/users
2. VMware, IT Security, Windows OS administration, Active Directory, Hardware, Storage Hardware, Group Policies
3. Has an interest in technology and wants to forever self-develop
4. Eligible for DV clearance
