Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 55,000- 60,000

We are currently working with a well-established, dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Take the next step in your career with a clear pathway to Associate/Partner level.

You will have the opportunity to work across various sectors but not limited to industrial, residential, commercial and bank monitoring.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Lead cost planning and estimates across various RIBA stages.
  • Provide pre-contract services, including procurement strategy, risk management, and tender documentation.
  • Manage post-contract services such as valuations, progress payments, cost reporting, and final account negotiations.
  • Mentor junior team members and develop client relationships.

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • RICS-accredited degree.
  • Chartered status (or working towards it).
  • Proven pre and post-contract QS experience.
